Visits to other cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) will not be included in the Umrah package you choose or design with Travel Cart UK. Any changes to these rules will be promptly updated in this space once reflected in the visa system.

Which documents are required to get an Umrah visa?

To acquire an Umrah Visa seamlessly, it can only be obtained through an authorized Umrah Agency approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. To initiate the process without any hassles, you simply need to provide the following documents: 1. One recent passport-size photograph with a white background. 2. For a newly converted Muslim, a certificate from a mosque or an Islamic center stating that the applicant is a Muslim. 3. A valid passport with a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of submitting the application form. 4. For wives accompanying their husbands or children accompanying their fathers, a marriage certificate or birth certificate, respectively, is required.

What if I cancel my Umrah package after booking?

Full payment is required for visa processing as mandated by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj & Umrah. Refunds for the ground arrangements portion are not possible. Depending on the ticket type, we may offer a refund for the ticket after deducting cancellation charges in accordance with the airline's policy. However, if the ticket has not been issued yet, no cancellation charges will apply.
